Description
Basic conditions of the skin, both normal and abnormal, are essential for any technician to be familiar with. This 2- hour presentation will cover common skin conditions such as rashes, moles, precancerous lesions, and skin cancers, as well as a few less common conditions and lesions. The technician should be able to visually recognize significant conditions, should understand some of the basic concepts and treatments of the condition/lesion, and understand how to address these conditions/lesions with the client before recommending hair removal.
