Replacement or duplicate membership, CCE, CME, and CLHRP certificates are available to anyone who currently holds or has held membership or certifications.
Certificates are available for current members free of charge; nonmembers pay $25.00.
Please note that if the membership or certification was allowed to lapse, the expiration date will be listed on the certificate.
