Replacement certificates for SCMHR membership and CCE, CME, and CLHRP certifications are available to those who currently hold or have held membership or these certifications in the past. Current members receive these certificates for free; nonmembers pay $25 per certificate. Please note that if you allowed your membership or certification to lapse, the expiration date will appear on your certificate.
